Cooking Method:
- Mix ingredients of premix flour, stir well
- Add leek, shrimp & premix flour into the bowl and add water. Stir until the batter mixed well
- Heat the pan and add cooking oil
- Add the batter and spread evenly on the pan
- add egg after the batter browning dan spread
- Flip the omelette and cook until the eggs are cooked
