Chicken Marinated
- Cut Chicken breast (3x3cm)
 - Marinated chicken with salt, white pepper powder & Ajinomoto® Ekstrak Chicken Powder ±30 Minute
 
Sauce
- Sautee Curry leaf and slice chili with margarin and mix well
 - add Salted egg into the pan and mix well. add milk solution and mix well.
 - Seasoning with Ajinomoto® Ekstrak Chicken Powder and condence milk.
 
Coating & Fry Chicken
- Mix Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu Serbaguna, Baking Powder, Tapioca Flour and medium protein flour
 - Put the chicken into the mix flour - cold water - mix flour again and fry at 180◦C within 5 Minute.
 - Remove the chicken pop from the deep fry and drain it.
 
Finishing
- Heat the pan and add chicken to the sauce and mix well.
 - Garnish with fried curry leaf and chili slice
