"Apart from prioritizing delicious taste on their food menu, it is good for entrepreneur in the food service or horeca industry to follow the recommendations of the Indonesian Ministry of Health regarding limiting the use of sugar, salt, fat in their products and creation of food menus," said Nazhif.

"For example, on the first menu that Chef Wisnu presented, Tori no Suimono. This simple menu also includes a source of protein from chicken, and a source of fiber is also available from vegetables such as broccoli and carrots. Then I also noticed that the use of salt are less than usual, then the Chef also added AJI-NO-MOTO® PLUS. In my opinion, using umami seasonings like MSG is also one way to reduce salt intake. This is because the sodium content in MSG is only one-third (⅓) of the sodium content in ordinary salt," he continued.
