Menu Aplikator Staff Chef
Location : Head Office Sunter

Responsibilities
- Developing standard food menus for hotels, restaurants and catering services.
- Providing culinary training to teams (both theoretical and practical).
- Presenting the benefits of products on the application menu.
- Providing solutions to food menu issues faced by both teams and customers.
- Responsible for personal hygiene, food safety standards and kitchen sanitation.
Requirement
- Educational Background : Diploma (D3) until Bachelor (S1), with major in Hospitality concern in field Culinary or Food & Beverage
- Preferably have at least 1-2 years experience as Cold / Hot Kitchen Chef
- Have Hot Kitchen and/or Cold Kitchen Skills Competency Certification
- Proficiency in personal hygiene, food safety standards, and kitchen sanitation is essential.
- Understanding of recipe standardisation and food costs
- Able to communicate actively in English (business English level)
- Has strong analytical & logical thinking/problem solving, creative thinking, initiative & follow-through, and priority setting
- Has a good Presentation skill according to explain creativity and innovation for menu ideas and concepts in front of the audience
