Responsibilities
- Assist in Training & Development activities, including competency mapping and assessment, training needs analysis (TNA), training implementation, and post-training evaluation
- Collect, process, and analyze Human Resources data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Contribute to enhancing employee engagement through various initiatives and programs
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the HR function, including process optimization and innovation
Requirement
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Solid understanding of HR Management, particularly in Training & Development and Performance Management
- Familiar with HR tools such as HRIS, and open to learning new platforms
- Good knowledge of Employee Engagement concepts and practices
- Knowledge in HR Data Analytics is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal
