HR Staff Karawang

Location  : Karawang Factory

Responsibilities

  1. Assist in Training & Development activities, including competency mapping and assessment, training needs analysis (TNA), training implementation, and post-training evaluation
  2. Collect, process, and analyze Human Resources data to support decision-making and continuous improvement
  3. Contribute to enhancing employee engagement through various initiatives and programs
  4. Support and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the HR function, including process optimization and innovation

Requirement

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Solid understanding of HR Management, particularly in Training & Development and Performance Management
  • Familiar with HR tools such as HRIS, and open to learning new platforms
  • Good knowledge of Employee Engagement concepts and practices
  • Knowledge in HR Data Analytics is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal
