Responsibilities
- Conducting consumer and market surveys to find out market potential in developing new businesses in Ajinomoto that are in accordance with consumer needs.
- Conducting feasibility studies, product development plans (concepts, strategies and launching), in collaboration with related departments to realize the launch schedule on time.
- Developing New Business products by creating concept ideas until development Target Quality Develop food products according to "Food Development Guidelines" (raw material evaluation, searching Factory, recipe development, product evaluation) and controlling the commercialization stage (BP, CP, production process test, stability test etc)
- Communication & coordination with internal and external to realize the targets of Department
- Create a marketing plan (4P) and sales strategy (ATL & BTL) to establish New business and Handling the Brand and product management (Sales, ATL, BTL, Digital actiity)
Requirement
- Educational Background: minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) major in Food Technology / Industrial Technology
- Have minimum 2 years experience working in FMCG Marketing and Development, New Business Development, Product Management
COMPETENCY NEEDED
- Has strong analytical & logical thinking/problem solving, creative thinking, initiative & follow-through, and priority setting.
- Have product development & marketing knowledge including market/consumer research, BPOM Regulation, Data Analysis and development formulation
- Have knowledge of brand and product management with understanding the concept of marketing strategy (4P, ATL, BTL and Digital Marketing)
- Able to communicate actively in English (business English level)
