- Slice beef using slicer ± 40gr. Marinate beef with NIKUPLUS
- Blanch Baby bean within 4 minutes and corn within 2 minutes
- Mix marination sauce and mix well
- Marinate beef with marination sauce within 2 hours
- After marination process, roll beef with baby bean, carrot, onion and corn. Skewer the beef with the toothpick, so the meat doesn't change shape
- Grill the beef with griller until cooked. Basting with marination sauce
- Once the beef is cooked, baste it once more with marination sauce to make the beef not dry
- Take out the tooth pick and serve
