How to Cook
1. Cut the tofu into 4x3x2 cm pieces, set aside.
2. Saute the onions until wilted, add the garlic, saute until fragrant.
3. Add ginger and SAORI® TERIYAKI SAUCE, stir well.
4. Add salt, white pepper and cornstarch that has been dissolved in water.
5. Prepare the tofu by pouring it with the sauce that has been made, steam it for 15-20 minutes, remove it and serve it with a sprinkling of chopped leek and red chilies.
