How to Cook

1. Cut the water spinach and take the leaves and young stems.

2. Heat the oil, add the beef that has been cut into 2 x 1 cm cubes, stir fry until it changes color.

3. Add sliced ​​onions, saute until softened, add sliced ​​garlic, sliced ​​curly red chilies, sliced ​​tomatoes, bruised galangal, and ginger. Cook until fragrant.

4. Add water and SAORI® OYSTER SAUCE. Season with salt, sugar and AJI-NO-MOTO® PLUS®, bring to a boil.

5. Add the water spinach, stir well, and add the bean sprouts. Cook until done.
