Cooking Methode :

Dough


  1. Add sugar and instant yeast into the warm water. Stir it well.
  2. Mix AJI-NO-MO-TO® PLUS®, medium protein flour, high protein flour, salt, and mix with instant yeast mix.
  3. Add egg dan margarine. stir until smooth (mix well)
  4. Rest with room temperature within 30 minutes and weigh @25gr.


Honey Mustard


Mix honey, mustard and Mayumi®. Stir well.


Spicy Bbq Sauce


  1. Sautee onion and cayenne pepper with cooking oil until fragrant.
  2. Add all ingredients. Stir well, turn off the heat and blend until smooth.
  3. Cook the sauce until simmer ±1 Menit.


Hotang


  1. Skewer sausage with a skewer, cover with dough and french fries.
  2. Freeze the hotang in the freezer. And coating with bread crumb.
  3. Deep fry with 140⁰C for 5 minutes and drain.
  4. Serve with honey mustard and Spicy Bbq sauce.
