  1. Puree the curly red chilies, red cayenne peppers, shallots, garlic, candlenuts, and white peppercorns in a blender or food processor. Add a little water to make it easier to blend, then set aside.

  2. Heat the cooking oil and sauté the meatballs and sausages until cooked through.

  3. Add the fried rice seasoning and sugar and sauté until fragrant.
