Gyukushi Tare:

  1. Mix SAORI® Saus Teriyaki, honey, japanese soy sauce and water in the sauce pan
  2. Heat over low heat and stir until evenly mixed
  3. Add fried garlic into the sauce
  4. reduce the sauce until you get the right taste (or according to yield)
  5. Cool the sauce to use as a marinade

Gyukushi:

  1. cut the sirloin beef 12gr per pcs
  2. Cut the leek (white part) 2x1cm
  3. Coat the sirloin beef with NIKUPLUS® in a bowl.
  4. add gyukushi tare into the bowl with beef, marinated within 30 minutes
  5. Skewer the meat in the order: meat -> leek -> meat -> leek.
  6. Seasoning with salt and blackpepper.
  7. Heat the grill pan and grease with a little bit of oil.
  8. Grill over medium heat on all sides of the meat.
  9. Brush the surface of the meat being grilled with oil. Cook until done.
  10. Serve while warm.
