Cooking methode

Crispy flour

Mix all ingredients for crispy flour and stir well

Salted Egg Sauce

1. Sautee curry leaf and red cayenne pepper slice with margarin and stir well

2. Add mashed salted egg yolk and stir well

3. Add full cream milk to the pan and stir well

4. Seasoning with Ajinomoto® Chicken Extract Powder Seasoning

Crispy fried prawn

Coat the prawn with a mixture of flour and water, then add them in the flour mixture and fry until crispy at 180⁰C for 5 minutes.

Finishing

1. Heat the pan with medium heat, mix noodle into the sauce and stir well

2. Serve crispy fried prawn, curry leaf and slice red cayenne pepper
