Cooking Method :

Garlic Truffle Mayo

Mix mayumi, truffle oil, garlic, lemon water dan full cream mil and mix well


Garlic Truffle Mayo Sushi

  • Cook rice until cooked
  • Blanch carrot until cooked  ±3 minutes
  • add rice on the nori dan spread. Flip nori
  • add garlic truffle mayo 5gr, kyuri, Carrot and crabstick on the top
  • Roll with makisu (sushi roll)
  • Cut 8 pcs, drizzled with garlic truffle mayo. Serve.
