  1. Fry the tofu at 180⁰C until brownish. Lift and set aside. 
  2. Saute garlic and chicken breast until fragrant.
  3. Saute carrots, shitake mushrooms and red bell peppers. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Add water (save some to dissolve the cornstarch).
  5. Add fried tofu and seasons with KALDOPLUS and sugar.
  6. Add pokchoy and leeks.
  7. Add cornstarch solution and cook until reduced to final weight.
