Chicken Marinated

  1. Cut Chicken breast (3x3cm)
  2. Marinated chicken with salt, white pepper powder & Ajinomoto® Ekstrak Chicken Powder ±30 Minute

Sauce

  1. Sautee Curry leaf and slice chili with margarin and mix well
  2. add Salted egg into the pan and mix well. add milk solution and mix well.
  3. Seasoning with Ajinomoto® Ekstrak Chicken Powder and condence milk.

Coating & Fry Chicken

  1. Mix Sajiku® Tepung Bumbu Serbaguna, Baking Powder, Tapioca Flour and medium protein flour
  2. Put the chicken into the mix flour - cold water - mix flour again and fry at 180◦C within 5 Minute.
  3. Remove the chicken pop from the deep fry and drain it.

Finishing

  1. Heat the pan and add chicken to the sauce and mix well.
  2. Garnish with fried curry leaf and chili slice
