Combine the ground beef, chopped onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, pepper, and MASAKO® Beef. Then, shape the mixture into balls and store in the refrigerator.
Purify the shallots, garlic, roasted candlenuts, coriander, turmeric, and brown sugar. Cook until done. Then, add the water and season with AJI-NO-MOTO® PLUS® and coconut milk. Set aside.
Cook the beef in a little oil until browned, then transfer it to the stew seasoning.
Cook until the beef is cooked through and the stew sauce has reduced and thickened.
