  • Willing to be based in Mojokerto, East Java, and open to assignments across all company operational areas as required

  • Demonstrates strong awareness of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) culture, along with a commitment to optimizing energy efficiency in all operational activities

TECHNICAL SKILL

  1. Strong understanding of fundamental principles of energy conversion systems, including the operation of boilers, turbines, and heat exchangers

  2. Basic knowledge of steam systems and thermal energy management

  3. Understanding of energy efficiency concepts and industrial energy conservation principles

  4. Basic knowledge of automation systems and Digital Transformation (DX) visualization concepts

Responsibility

  1. Ensure optimal operational stability of machinery and utility facilities to achieve cost efficiency (low-cost operations)

  2. Conduct periodic energy audits to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and implementing energy conservation initiatives

Requirement

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering (Energy Conversion)

  • Work Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
