Production Planning & Control (Staff)

Willing to be based in Mojokerto, East Java, and open to assignment across all company operational areas as required
Candidates with active organizational or extracurricular experience will be prioritized
Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale), with a concentration in Supply Chain Management or Supply Chain/Logistics Management

Strong understanding of Production Planning & Control (PPC) concepts and inventory management, with proven ability to develop and manage Master Production Schedules (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Proficient in cost structure fundamentals (Fixed and Variable Costs), with experience in preparing Rolling Forecasts and conducting cost analysis
Strong analytical skills to develop production performance and cost efficiency dashboards
Experienced in operating Systems, Applications & Products (SAP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), with a solid understanding of workflow integration across Planning, Production, Inventory, and Finance functions

Responsibility

Responsible for developing, managing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting production plans along with their actual realization
Prepare the Annual Production Cost Budget and conduct monthly cost projections through Rolling Forecast analysis
Actively contribute to digital transformation (DX) initiatives, including data integration across Planning, Production, and Inventory workflows

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering
Work Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
