Additional Qualifications

  • Willing to be based in Mojokerto, East Java, and open to assignment across all company operational areas as required

  • Candidates with active involvement in student organizations or extracurricular activities will be preferred

TECHNICAL SKILL

  1. Strong operational proficiency in utilizing Business Intelligence platforms (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio) for data processing and analysis

  2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel at an advanced level

Responsibility

  1. Develop comprehensive annual and monthly production schedules to ensure output targets are achieved on time

  2. Oversee daily production operations to ensure all processes are executed in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

  3. Analyze operational constraints and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity

Requirement

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering

  • Work Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
