TECHNICAL SKILL

  1. Good understanding of basic manufacturing processes and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM); ability to read and interpret technical drawings and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID); proficient in data management using Microsoft Excel

  2. Good understanding of fundamental principles of rotating equipment (such as conveyors and gearboxes), including their maintenance procedures

  3. Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems and process instrumentation, with awareness of PLC and inverter systems

Responsibility

  1. Support the implementation of integrated, data-driven monitoring systems for production processes and equipment

  2. Perform regular collection, validation, and analysis of process parameters and equipment downtime data

  3. Actively participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, particularly in the Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, and Kaizen pillars

  4. Assist engineers in analyzing process performance, equipment reliability, and improvement initiatives within the MSG Process

  5. Support the development of comprehensive technical documentation, including One Point Lessons (OPL), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and improvement reports

Requirement

  • Educational Background: Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering

  • Work Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
