Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement Modern Trade strategies for sales promotions and activities.
- Identify efficiency improvements within sales and operational processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and evaluate programs supporting sales.
- Making guideline that will be used for MT Sales Team to implement each sales strategy.
- Analyze raw sales data or any fact to support developing sales activity / KPI.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports to support work processes and decision-making.
Requirement
- Minimum possess Bachelor Degree(S1), in any major
- Must having experience minimum 5 years as Trade Marketing Modern Trade in FMCG Company /Key Account Executive, Key Account Manager.
Personal Skill
- Strong logical thinking/problem solving, initiative and priority setting, business and strategy planning
- Proficiency communicate & written actively in English (business English level)
- Good communication skill & expert to operating of Microsoft excel (Pivotable) & Power Point
