Formulate and implement Modern Trade strategies for sales promotions and activities.
Identify efficiency improvements within sales and operational processes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and evaluate programs supporting sales.
Making guideline that will be used for MT Sales Team to implement each sales strategy.
Analyze raw sales data or any fact to support developing sales activity/KPI.
Prepare and deliver periodic reports to support work processes and decision-making.
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Trade Marketing (Modern Trade), Key Account Executive, or Key Account Manager within the FMCG industry.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a high level of initiative, prioritization, and strategic business planning.
Proficient in English (both verbal and written) at a Business English level.
Excellent communication skills and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint.
