Responsibility

  1. Coordinate and manage organization-related documentation, including job analysis, job evaluation, job grading, and job description development and review.

  2. Foster a culture of continuous learning by supporting employee development initiatives, promoting internal learning programs, and providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  3. Identify, analyze, and evaluate HR Development processes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business objectives. Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives through digitalization, automation, and AI utilization, while monitoring emerging HRD trends, digital technologies, and AI applications to create added value and enhance overall HRD effectiveness.

Requirement

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) Degree with a major in Psychology

  2. Preferably, have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resource & Development fields

  3. Able to communicate actively in English (business English level)

  4. Technology-savvy and can utilize the existing technology updates well.
