Additional Qualifications

  • Willing to be placed or based in Mojokerto area

  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale), with a concentration in Metallurgy or Production Mechanical Engineering

TECHNICAL SKILL

  1. Willing to work on a shift basis in accordance with operational requirements

  2. Physically and mentally fit to support optimal work productivity

  3. Able to work effectively under pressure with a strong target-oriented mindset

  4. Knowledgeable in Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective Maintenance strategies, with the ability to perform failure analysis for machine breakdown evaluation

Responsibility

  1. Responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, reporting, and evaluation of all maintenance activities at the Mojokerto plant

  2. Actively involved in production machinery repair processes, particularly in the MSG Process, through coordination with service contractors, and willing to be on-call when required for emergency handling

Requirement

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering

  • Work Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
