Responsibility

  1. Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing project (construction & expansion), ensuring delivery on time, on scope, & on budget

  2. Drive cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Production, R&D, and Quality.

  3. Develop project planning, cost estimation, equipment arrangement, and manufacturing design development.

  4. Conducted CAPEX tracking and generate project performance reports.

Requirement

  1. Bachelor of Civil Engineering (D4/S1) or other relevant major.

  2. Preferably experienced in engineering projects within FMCG industries (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

  3. Understand end-to-end implementation of project management (planning, scheduling, budgeting, etc.)

  4. Proficient in using AutoCAD.

  5. Experienced in managing CAPEX and project cost estimation.

  6. Strong data analytics (Excel, reports, dashboard), problem solving, and communication skills.

  7. Understand the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, & FSSC 22000 management system.

  8. Understandings of mechanics & electrical components would be an advantage.
