Responsibility

  1. Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing project (automation), ensuring delivery on time, on scope, & on budget

  2. Drive cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Production, R&D, and Quality.

  3. Develop project planning, cost estimation, and machine specifications for manufacturing projects.

  4. Monitor CAPEX tracking and generate project performance reports.

Requirement

  1. Bachelor of Machine/Mechatronic Engineering (D4/S1) or other relevant major.

  2. Preferably experienced in engineering projects within FMCG industries (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

  3. Possess knowledge of programming (PLC, SCADA,HMI) and automation systems.

  4. Proficient in using AutoCAD.

  5. Experienced in managing cross-functional stakeholder.

  6. Strong data analytics & visualization (Power BI, Excel, dashboard), problem solving, and communication skills.

  7. Understand the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, & FSSC 22000 management system.

  8. Understandings of civil & electrical engineering would be an advantage.
