Engineering and Maintenance-1 (Staff)

1. Coordinate TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities in the factory, including preventive maintenance and shutdown activities.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to support maintenance operations.

3. Monitor repair and maintenance expenses and support OPEX control activities.

4. Monitor spare part inventory and maintain stock availability for maintenance operations

5. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and effectively in production areas.

6. Support patrol and audit activities in accordance with company procedures and policies.

1. Educational Background : Diploma Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. Experience in maintenance engineering within the FMCG industry is preferred (recent graduates are welcome to apply).

3. Proficient in using Power BI for monitoring and reporting maintenance data.

4. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

5. Able to use AutoCAD to design technical drawings and layouts.

6. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and facility/utility maintenance is a plus.

7. Knowledge of automation programming such as PLC, SCADA, and HMI is preferred.
