1. Understand basic TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities in the factory, including preventive maintenance and shutdown support activities.

2. Support repair activities and planned maintenance to ensure machine operation runs properly.

3. Assist in preparing and updating maintenance schedule data.

4. Monitor spare part inventory and maintain stock records.

5. Support patrol and audit activities in accordance with company procedures and policies.

6. Support vendor or contractor activities during maintenance work in production areas.

1. Educational Background : SMK in Mechatronics or a related field.

2. Experience in maintenance engineering within the FMCG industry is preferred (recent graduates are welcome to apply).

3. Ability to read technical drawings.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Basic understanding of mechatronic systems, including mechanical, electrical. and automation components.

6. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and facility/utilities maintenance is an advantage.

7. Knowledge of automation programming such as PLC, SCADA, and HMI is preferred.
