Able to communicate actively in English (business English level)

preferred if could operate Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Understand product development frameworks and have experience handling product development, including market/consumer research.
Has experience coordinating for marketing campaign implementation (ATL, digital, and BTL)
Assist the brand manager to create a marketing plan based on consumer needs and the company's mission and manage to implement it. Marketing Plan: 4P, Communication Strategy, Product Strategy, etc.
Assist the brand manager to conduct feasibility studies and product development plans in collaboration with related departments to realize the launch on schedule.
Coordinate with agencies, other functions, or related parties to deliver brand activation (ATL, BTL, digital activity).
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably Science major
Have at least 1 (one) year of working experience in the field of product development and marketing development.
