Proficiency in Business English, both spoken and written

Experience in in planning, executing, and coordinating marketing campaigns cross-channel marketing (ATL, digital, BTL) and exposure to product development, market research, and consumer insights will be considered an advantage.
Has sales experience in food vendor distribution to small 'warung's or micro F&B businesses will be prioritized. The role requires the ability to integrate marketing initiatives with sales performance, as well as experience in managing field teams and area performance.
Proven experience in executing Below-The-Line (BTL) activities that directly drive sales is required.
Assist the Section Manager in developing comprehensive marketing plans, covering the 4Ps, communication strategies, and product strategies, aligned with consumer insights and the company’s mission, while supporting their effective execution
Support the Section Manager in coordinating with cross-functional teams to conduct feasibility studies and implement product development initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
Collaborate with external agencies, internal departments, and affiliated companies to drive impactful brand activation initiatives across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
Educational Background: Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) Degree, with a major in any field (preferably science, marketing, or business).
Preferably, I have at least 5 (Year/s) of experience as assistant brand manager which handled advertising & product development in FMCG.
